We hold a demolition licence (#AD212328) and are able to professionally manage your project under the watchful eye of our fully qualified, Safework NSW approved demolition supervisors. We abide to the ‘Australian Standard 2601-2001 – The Demolition of Structures’ so you can be confident all the required planning, documentation and safety procedures are followed.

As each site has unique features which will impact upon the demolition planning, we provide expert guidance regarding the steps necessary to plan and carry out your project. Where required we can prepare demolition related documentation that your builder or certifier will need when obtaining council approval for your demolition. We understand it can be a bit daunting, especially if it’s your first demolition project, and we’re ready to assist.

Sustainability is something our team and our customers value. We take pride in carrying out our works to ensure we are able to recycle and reuse as much material from each project as is practically possible. Recyclable demolition materials include roof tiles, bricks, concrete, metals, timber and green wastes. While some materials can’t be saved, the vast majority of what is removed from site can and we believe every contribution helps to create a more sustainable future for us all.
