Clearance Certificates
Following the removal of bonded (greater than 10m2) and friable asbestos, we engage an independent asbestos hygienist to inspect our work areas. The hygienist inspects the removal area and load out routes to ensure all traces of asbestos have been removed. They will then issue an asbestos clearance certificate confirming that the areas are safe to re-inhabit.
For friable asbestos removal, the hygienist will also conduct air monitoring during the works and may also need to carry out further verification sampling in the removal area. These mandated measures, coupled with our industry leading safety practices, provide you with the highest levels of assurance that asbestos has been removed with the utmost safety!
